Order Tracking

Where is my 'Young Man' pre order vinyl?

As with so many other industries, the vinyl manufacturing industry has experienced major supply chain shortages over the past year.  Our estimated in-hand date for the vinyl is March of 2022. We tried to make sure that was noted on the product page (so as not to mislead anybody), but we know those things are easy to look over sometimes! If this is a problem, we are happy to issues a refund, but we promise it will be worth the wait!  The test pressing sounded amazing on vinyl. We will sign and ship the vinyl as soon as they arrive, and you will be among the very first people to receive it.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can.  Simply enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order here: https://jamestownprovision.co/apps/aftership

My order says shipped, but I don't have a tracking number.

If you ordered something that can ship in a flat envelope (CD, stickers, patches, etc), there is a good chance that it shipped first class.  In this case you may not get detailed tracking.  If it's been 7 business days since your order status was marked as shipped and you still haven't received your items, let us know!  We'll get you taken care of ASAP.

Shipping & Returns

How long do you take to process/ship orders?

We are a mom-and-pop business.  While we strive to get orders out the door as fast as we can, our average handling time is typically 3 business days.

What shipping service do you typically use?

Our orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority mail.

Im international, can I order from you?

Yes!  Shipping should be calculated at checkout.    PLEASE NOTE:  Australia is currently limiting international shipments to USPS EXPRESS ONLY.  This service is very expensive and we will have to contact you once we receive a quote.

How to I return/exchange an item?

Returns are easy!  Simply shoot us an email with your order number, and let us know wether or not you would like to exchange or just return the item.  We'll email you a return label and you can simply drop the package back off with your postal carrier.

Are your plastic shipping bags recyclable?

Yes!  Our plastic shipping bags are recyclable.  We also use recyclable hex-cut paper to pack our items in order to minimize our environmental impact.

Why the emphasis on 'Made in the USA'?

We strive hard to bring you quality, lasting, goods that we truly believe it.  We also do our very best to support American manufacturing, mom-and-pop businesses, and local craftspeople. Supporting American manufacturing is our way of reinvesting in local economies, and supporting the working men and women of our great country.

Can you sign my item?

While we make best efforts to accommodate special requests, our travel schedules make this difficult. For this reason we have pre-signed certain products in the store. If you're looking for something signed, our best recommendation is to search for a product that is listed as 'signed'.
